Tonight is ladies poker night. But all of the booze and laughter can't hide the fact that something is wrong with Samantha. Though she tries to pass her injury off as nothing of importance, it couldn't be farther from the truth and her best friend Julie knows it. What the other two aren't aware of is that Samantha has learned to get through most days by giving into her boyfriend Alan's torturous, demented requests, no matter how painful or humiliating. When Julie confronts her about her seemingly harmless injury Samantha decides to confide in her best friend the truth of what really happened that day. The two are then forced to deal with the situation and Samantha will have to make a decision which will affect the rest of her life.
