Ichiro (Kenichi Takito) is promoted to Section Chief. He cares about how his subordinates look at him. One day, he overhears new employee Minami (Anna Ishibashi), who he has a secret crush on, mentioning that she likes dandy men. Ichiro decides to become a dandy boss.
Ichiro reads through men’s fashion magazines and studies dandyism. He finds a mysterious shop “Madam M” which sells virtually every gentlemen products. The female shop owner tells Ichiro about the history behind the products and what are the latest items. Ichiro dreaming of dating Minami, buys stuff at the store.
The next day at work, Minami tells Ichiro that his watch looks dandy. Ichiro is happy to hear this, but Ichiro does not know about Minami's secret.
