Drama series contains stories of debtors who suffer from Kaoru Ushijima (Takayuki Yamada). A crisis also occurs for Kaoru Ushijima's company Kaukau Finance.

This drama depicts the harsh reality of those at the bottom of society through the eyes of the loanshark Ushijima. He is the head of Kaukau Finance which is a ruthless black market lending operation, charging as much as 50% interest every ten days.
