A group of recent college grads take a final vacation together when an accident leaves them hurt and stranded in the middle of nowhere.

 Luck seems to be on their side when an ambulance arrives and takes them to Mercy Hospital but the eerie, half empty place harbours a chilling secret a twisted doctor (Robert Patrick, Terminator 2) who conducts macabre experiments on his helpless patients.
