As Korea's biggest crime organization 'Goldmoon' expands its power, Kang (Min-sik Choi), the head of police investigation planning department, order the undercover cop Ja-Seoung (Lee Jeong-jae) to participate in project "New World", that will take down 'Goldmoon'.
