When Marge leaves Homer because he allowed an adult movie being shot in their house, she seeks self fulfillment in protecting manatees.
To pay off gambling debts Homer lets the house get used as the location for a blue movie, causing a disgusted Marge to leave him and to assist handsome marine biologist Caleb Thorn save endangered species. In order to impress her Homer tries to rally a shoal of manatee againt jet-skier but only ends up having to be rescued himself. For all that Marge loves her 'endangered species - a devoted husband.'
