In a small city in Gyeonggi Province a group of young thugs spend their days hanging out together. They are content having control over their small city. The men are part of Sang-Keun's (Kim Moo-Yul) gang. One day in the fall, Se-Il, the former top dog in the city and who the thugs fear, returns with a man ready to fight.
